Rib City Utah has always used real backyard barbecue techniques starting with a properly designed smoker. After being cooked in our smoker, choice beef, ribs, pork, chicken and turkey are basted with Rib City’s signature BBQ sauce, cooking long and slow over selected hard woods. Balancing temperature and cooking time our barbecue smoking process seals in our distinctive Rib City Utah Barbecue flavor!
Our wood-burning outdoor smokers cook all of our meats to perfection! All our meat comes from the best meat importers in the world including our Spare Ribs to our award winning Baby Back Ribs, Plump, juicy Chicken; scrumptious Smoked Turkey, lean beef and Pork slices; as well as tender Riblets.
